If for any reason, you are applying for cancellation of a tour or any travel service due to any reason, whether avoidable or unavoidable, you must notify us by mail.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision employing a clear statement.
There will be Cancellation charges effective only after we get the request in writing.
The Charges are as follow:
45 days before arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
15 days before arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
07 days before arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
48 hours before arrival OR No Show: No Refund
You are entitled to cancel Your tour within a minimum span of 45 days without giving any reason for doing so.
